Doing our job means that we look through vast databases of candidates in traditional and non-traditional sources and call all – sometimes as many as 100 - potential candidates. We do not send you a stack of these candidates’ resumes, because it is our job to evaluate these individuals, develop a “short list” of well-qualified people that we interview and then come up with the finalists for the position. These finalists are the candidates we will send to you to interview in person.
