Why Sales Coach?
We created Sales Coach to provide sales people what we call “Actionable Intelligence”. Put simply, we wanted to create a solution that would consolidate information available through-out your company into a simple, easy to interpret screen inside Salesforce.com that reps can use to proactively manage relationships with customers.
We wanted to give reps something valuable rather than simply asking for call notes and activity.
Our goal was to take data that may already be available in other systems and reports and consolidate this information into a format that reps can use real-time all the time to make better decisions about the needs of their customers.
